Annealed Units

Inner panel - 4mm Pilkington K Glass

Outer panel - 3mm Float / 4mm float / 4mm obscure / crown restoration glass

Toughened units

Inner panel - 4mm Toughened Pilkinton K

Outer panel - 4mm Toughened Float / 4mm toughened obscure

Cavities

All types have thermal break of butyl between glass and Aluminium spacer bar and are filled with a choice of either argon gas or Krypton gas.

Cavity sizes - 4mm / 5.5mm

Dual sealed with inner seal butyl outer seal Naftotherm 2 part Polysulphide.

All units have a Five year warranty against failure as per our standard terms except for the maintenance requirement which due to the technical requirements of these units require Stowmarket Glass Co to make an annual inspection to reseal any areas where water may ingress.
